• Website maintenance and support
• Consultation and strategy services

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or local law or regulation
• Transmitting or procuring the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• Any purpose that infringes upon the rights of others

4. Service Agreement Terms

4.1 Project Scope

All website creation projects will be defined by a written agreement that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and deliverables.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner
• Reviewing and approving work within specified timeframes
• Making payments according to the agreed schedule
• Communicating changes or concerns promptly

4.3 Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions are typically included in our service packages. Major changes to project scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified and are subject to applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Typically, we require a deposit before commencing work and final payment upon project completion.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project suspension and may incur additional charges as specified in the project agreement.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content, materials, and intellectual property provided to us for use in their projects.

6.2 Developed Work

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final website and custom code developed specifically for their project. This excludes third-party components, plugins, and frameworks used in development.

6.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

7.2 Limitation of Warranty

Our services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lucent Assets be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucent Assets from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
